Rehoboth District
Home of our flagship crop: 10 hectares under irrigation, planted to three proven commercial onion varieties — Mata Hari, Arabella and Irati. Bulbs are field-cured, graded and packed for both the formal and informal trade.
Bosgrow Trading CC is a Namibian commercial grower of fresh vegetables, supplying quality-graded onions and potatoes — with maize joining our range as a complementary rotation crop — to retailers, wholesalers, caterers and fresh-produce traders across Namibia.
Our Story
We farm on two irrigated production sites in southern Namibia: a 10-hectare onion enterprise in the Rehoboth district, and a growing potato enterprise on Farm Emmaborn No. 955, an 830-hectare consolidated agricultural property in the Hardap Region.
Both onions and potatoes are staples in which Namibia remains a net importer. Every ton we grow replaces imported produce with fresh, traceable, locally grown supply. For buyers, that means shorter supply lines, fresher stock, dependable volumes in our harvest windows, and a single accountable Namibian producer behind every bag.
Where We Farm
Home of our flagship crop: 10 hectares under irrigation, planted to three proven commercial onion varieties — Mata Hari, Arabella and Irati. Bulbs are field-cured, graded and packed for both the formal and informal trade.
An 830-hectare consolidated agricultural property supporting our developing potato enterprise and our future maize rotation, backed by an accredited soil analysis (Agra Laboratory report I251754) that underpins our fertiliser programme and yield prospects.
