Three complementary crops, one grower — and a consistent process from irrigation through to curing, grading, packing and delivery.

Flagship Crop

Fresh Table Onions

Our flagship crop: 10 hectares under irrigation in Rehoboth, planted to three proven commercial varieties — Mata Hari, Arabella and Irati. Bulbs are field-cured, graded and packed for both the formal and informal trade.

Harvest begins from early November, with cured, binned stock sold in staggered volumes into the months that follow, so buyers can order beyond the harvest peak.

In Development

Table Potatoes

Grown from certified seed on Farm Emmaborn No. 955 in the Hardap Region, on land supported by an accredited soil analysis (Agra Laboratory report I251754) that underpins our fertiliser programme and yield prospects.

Up to 5 hectares are planned under irrigation from 2026, expanding to over 20 hectares, adding local supply into a market where most potatoes are still imported.

From 2027

Maize: Complementary Rotation Crop

Maize joins the Bosgrow range as a summer rotation crop under our centre-pivot irrigation, complementing the winter onion slot. Rotation keeps our soils healthy and our lands productive year-round.

First commercial volumes are targeted from the 2027 summer season — talk to us early to secure supply.

How It Works

From Field To Shelf

Every crop moves through the same accountable process, from planting to a graded, packed product ready for the trade.

    Irrigate & Grow

    Centre-pivot and drip/sprinkler irrigation apply water precisely where each crop needs it, using irrigation-grade water tested by the NamWater laboratory (2026).

  2. 2

    Harvest & Field-Cure

    Onions are properly field-cured to extend shelf life; potatoes are lifted from certified-seed plantings on tested soils.

  3. 3

    Grade & Bin

    Produce is graded by size and quality to formal-market standard, then binned so onion availability extends well beyond the November harvest.

    Pack To Order

    Packed in the standard market units the trade expects — 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, 7 kg, 10 kg and loose/bulk, with private-label packing by arrangement.

    Deliver & Supply

    Staggered releases from cured stock let buyers contract supply into the firmer-priced months, with windows confirmed per season at contracting.

Sustainability & Compliance

Water, Sustainability & Compliance

Reliable produce starts with reliable water. Our irrigation water has passed the irrigation-grade water test conducted by the NamWater laboratory (2026), and our water sources are registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform (MAWLR).

Precision Irrigation

Centre-pivot and drip/sprinkler irrigation apply water precisely where the crop needs it, avoiding waste in one of the world's driest countries.

Solar-Powered Pumping

Solar-powered pumping cuts both our operating costs and our carbon footprint.
